摘要
针对CCSAH36船板钢冲击试验后试样断口出现分层的现象,利用光学显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪对典型断口分层试样进行试验分析。通过对显微组织、断口形貌观察以及分层附近区域分析观察,对船板钢冲击断口分层的形成机理以及影响因素进行探讨。结果表明,该种分层与心部合金元素偏析严重形成的带状组织有关,并提出相应的改善方法。
In allusion to the phenomenon of delamination fracture of AH36 hull plate steel,samples with typical delamination fracture were observed with optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy and energy disperse spectroscopy. The microstructure,fracture morphology and the area near delamination were observed and analyzed,and the formation mechanism and the influence factors were discussed. The results show that this kind of defect is mainly related to the banded structure due to center segregation, and the corresponding countermeasures are proposed.
