摘要
运用ProCAST软件对某铝合金发动机缸盖的快速砂型铸造过程进行数值模拟,验证设计方案的合理性,并通过正交试验研究造型材料酚醛尿烷树脂砂粘结剂组分1苯基醚酚醛树脂与组分2聚异氰酸酯的最佳配比,结果表明:采用单侧底注式浇注方案,在浇注温度690℃,浇注速率0.22 m/s的状态下,组分1与组分2按1∶1配比,各占原砂质量分数0.8%~1.0%,按此工艺及配比,得到的铸件品质理想。
Using ProCAST software, a rapid sand casting process for aluminium alloy engine cylinder head was numerically simulated to verify the rationality of the design scheme, and the best proportion of phenyl ether phenolic resin (component 1) and polyisocyanate (component 2) in phenolic urethane resin sand binder of the molding materials was studied by orthogonal experimens. The results show that, adopting the bottom gating process, the pouring temperature of 690 ℃, the casting speed of 0.22 m/s, the proportion of component 1 and component 2 as 1:1, the mass fi'action of 0.8% 1% of the original sand, the casting quality is ideal.
