摘要
目的研究住院药房调剂差错管理中引入PDCA循环干预的效果。方法 2015年6月—2016年6月在该院住院病房实施PDCA循环管理干预,将其与2014年6月—2015年6月未实施PDCA循环干预比较,对比实施前、后药房调剂差错情况。结果 PDCA循环实施后该院住院药房调剂总差错率(0.03%)低于实施前差错率(0.12%),组间数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院药房调剂差错管理中有目的性引入PDCA循环管理,可明显降低调剂差错率。
Objective This article tries to study the effect of the application of PDCA circulation pattern to hospital pharmacy dispensing error management. Methods PDCA circulation management intervention was implemented from June 2015 to June 2016 in this hospital wards, and compared with those without introducing PDCA from June 2014 to June 2015, and then pharmacy dispensing errors were compared before and after the implementation. Results Pharmacy dispensing error rate after the implementation of PDCA in this hospital（0.03%） was lower than that of before the implementation（0.12%）, so the difference was statistically significant between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The pharmacy dispensing error rate after the implementation of PDCA circulation management was significantly decreased.
