摘要
目的比较非创伤性修复治疗技术与光固化复合树脂治疗老年人根面龋的临床疗效。方法筛选2014年5月至2015年5月在陶然亭社区服务中心口腔科就诊的60岁以上的患者88例,随机分为观察组观察组和对照组,分别采用非创伤性修复治疗技术和光固复合树脂充填材料治疗窝洞,治疗后6个月及12个月复查,比较2种治疗方法的效果。结果非创伤性修复治疗技术与光固化复合树脂充填技术的成功率为84.38%、和53.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论非创伤性修复治疗技术为治疗根面龋的有效方法。
Objective To compare the clinical performance of Ataumatic Restorative Treatment with light curing com-posite resin treatment in the therapy of geriatric root caries. Methods Screening in May 2015 to May 2014 in the Tao-ranting Park community service center in the Department of Stomatology of 60 patients over the age of 88 cases, ran-domly divided into observation group and control group, and treated with ART on light curing composite resin treat-ment respectively six months and one year after treatment the results of the two different methods were evaluated and compared. Results The success rates of the two methods were 84.38% and 53.4% respectively ,there were significantly different between ART and light curing composite resin filling （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ART were effective for the treat of root surface caries in senile patients .
