摘要
对油田中使用的注水泵柱塞激光熔覆修复技术进行了研究,在分析注水站水质、柱塞基材性能的基础上,选取镍基粉末作为涂层材料,对比不同激光参数下的耐磨、耐腐蚀性能,确定了最佳激光功率及扫描速度。应用激光熔覆修复技术可以使注水泵柱塞使用寿命延长50%,成本降低38%以上,为油田降本增效做出了贡献。
According to the study on the laser cladding technology for the plunger of the water injection pump used in oil field and based on the analysis of the water quality of the water injection station and the performance of the plunger substrate, nickel-based powder was selected as the coating material while the best laser power and scanning speed were defined by comparing the wear resistance and corrosion resistance under different laser parameters. Application of laser cladding technology can extend the service life of water injection pump p contribution in terms of lunger by 50%, reduce the cost by 38% or more which may provide the oil field a cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
