摘要
目的:观察益气补肾健脾方治疗小儿慢性难治性血小板减少性紫癜的临床效果。方法:对2015年1月至2016年1月收治的96例慢性难治性血小板减少性紫癜患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据不同治疗方案分为对照组42例采用常规西医治疗,观察组54例采用益气补肾健脾方治疗,比较2组患儿血小板计数、血小板表面相关免疫球蛋白(PAlg G)值及临床症状积分与T淋巴细胞值。结果:观察组患儿治疗后血小板计数、PAlg G与T淋巴细胞(CD8、CD4、CD3)值均改善,与对照组比较改善幅度更显著(P<0.05);观察组临床症状总积分为(3.40±0.35)分,低于对照组的(8.50±1.37)分(P<0.05)。结论:小儿慢性难治性血小板减少性紫癜采用益气补肾健脾方治疗能够增加患儿(外周血)血小板计数,发挥细胞免疫调节作用。
Objective： To observe clinical effects of Qi-replenishing kidney-tonifying and spleen-invigorating prescription in treating children with chronic refractory idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （CRITP）. Methods： Clinical data of 96 children with CRITP admitted from January, 2015 to January, 2016 were retrospectively analyzed, according to different therapeutic regimen, 42 cases in the control group accepted routine western medicine, and 54 cases of the observation group took Qi-replenishing kidney-tonifying and spleen-invigorating prescription, the values of T lymphocytes, the scales of clinical symptoms, PAlgG, blood platelet counting of the children were com- pared between both groups. Results： After treating, blood platelet counting, PAIgG and T lymphocytes （CD8, CD4 and CD3） of the children in the observation group improved after treating, the improvements were more obvious compared with the control group（P〈0.05）; total scales of clinical symptoms in the observation group were（3.40±0.35）, lower than （8.50±1.37） of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Treating children with CRITP by Qi-replenishing kidney-tonifying and spleen-invigorating prescription could increase blood platelet counting in peripheral blood of the children and play a role in cellular immunological regulation.
