摘要
目的探讨护理人文管理方法及效果。方法 2016年该院外科病区进行护理人文管理,采用对比分析方法评价管理前(2015年)与管理后(2016年)护理工作质量及护理工作满意情况。结果护理人文管理后护理工作质量各项指标及患者对护理工作满意度均明显高于管理前,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而护理人文管理后患者护理投诉则明显低于管理前,前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理人文管理顺应现代医疗管理模式,提高了护理工作质量及患者满意度,具有良好的可行性和临床实用价值。
Objective To study the method and effect of nursing humanistic management. Methods The nursing humanistic management was conducted in the department of surgery in our hospital in 2016 and the nursing work quality and nursing work satisfactory degree before and after management（2015 and 2016） was compared and analyzed. Results After the nursing humanistic management, various indexes of nursing work quality and satisfactory degree of patients to nursing work was obviously higher than that before management, and the difference was obvious（P〈0.01）, after the nursing humanistic management, the nursing disputes were obviously lower than those before management, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing humanistic management should meet the modern medical management model thus improving the satisfactory degree of nursing work quality and patients with good feasibility and clinical practical value.
