摘要
QSK60发动机广泛应用在哈尔乌素露天煤矿矿用自卸卡车、发电车、装载机、EX3600液压反铲上,如何做好QSK60发动机总成修理信息化管理就显得尤为重要。我们通过对QSK60发动机下机信息采集方法和预防性检修周期的建模分析,总结发动机的更换规律,提出修理发动机的合理性建议,从而为企业节约维修成本,进一步提升设备管理水平。
The QSK60 engine is widely applied to off-high way mining truck, Loader and EX3600 hydraulic backhoe at Haerwusu open-pit mine. It＇s very important to manage the assembly repair information for all QSK60 engines. This article supplies resonable suggestions on engine repair and engine change out regularities based on QSK60 engine removal data collection method and preventive maintenance cycle model, which saves the repair cost and improves equipment management for the company.
