摘要
以1100铝合金板做为试验样品,从晶粒度、酸蚀后低倍形貌以及元素含量三方面进行分析,研究了同一厂商生产的不同的热轧板之间、热轧板与铸轧板之间以及不同厂商生产的铸轧板之间的差异性。结果表明,同一厂商生产的1100铝合金热轧板以及热轧板和铸轧板之间在晶粒度、元素含量和腐蚀后低倍形貌方面存在差异;不同厂商生产的1100铝合金铸轧板之间在腐蚀后的低倍形貌方面也存在差异。
Taking 1100 aluminum alloy plates as the research samples, the grain size, morphologies of low magnification after corrosion, and elements content were observed and analysed. The differences between different types of hot rolled plates, hot rolled and cast rolling plates and different cast rolling plates were researched. The results showed that there were differences between different hot rolled aluminum 1100 alloy plates, hot rolled and cast rolling plates on grain size, elements content and corrosion morphology in low magnification from the same manufacturer. There were also obvious differences be- tween different cast rolling plates on grain size and corrosion morphology in low magnification from different manufacturer.
