摘要
目前,在线分析仪表已广泛应用于工业生产中,它们对原材料、半成品、中间产品及生产过程中各个环节的各类组分实施自动、连续的测量、指示,随时给操作人员提供操作依据,甚至直接进行生产控制,使得生产环节的效率、安全性明显提升。通过对在线分析仪表的结构进行简单介绍,论述了在线分析仪表和系统及其应用技术在我国炼油化工生产中的应用。
At present, on-line analytical instruments have been widely used in industrial production, the raw materials, semi- finished products, intermediate products and production processes in all aspects of the various components of the implementation of automatic and continuous measurement, instructions, at any time to the operating personnel to provide operation basis, and even direct production control, the efficiency and safety production increased significantly.In this paper, the structure of on-line analytical instrument is briefly introduced, and the application of on-line analytical instrtunent and system and its application teclmology in refining and chemical production in China are discussed.
