摘要
对滚珠丝杠副综合测试平台进行误差分析,以期达到对滚珠丝杠副综合测试平台进行精度评价和误差补偿。主要从影响测试平台定位误差的系统刚度和热变形两个方面进行分析,改进了之前滚珠丝杠副力学模型和热分析模型,将用改进的计算模型计算的定位误差与实验测量结果进行对比,验证了新计算模型的有效性。这为未来滚珠丝杠副综合测试平台的误差计算提供了新的有效方法,具有较好的应用价值。
In order to achieve the precision evaluation and error compensation to the integrated test platform of ball screw,error analysis to the integrated test platform of ball screw was made. The stiffness and thermal deformation of the system were analyzed,which affected the positioning error of the test platform. The mechanical model and thermal analysis model of the ball screw were improved.The positioning error calculated by the improved calculation model was compared with the experimental results,which verified the validity of the new model. This provides a new effective method for the error analysis of the integrated test platform of ball screw,and has a well application value.
