摘要
针对生产间羟基-N,N-二乙基苯胺产生的苯胺类废水,研究大孔树脂吸附与微电解-Fenton联合法预处理苯胺类废水的效果。结果表明,选用H-103型树脂,动态吸附流速4 BV/h,吸附量7 BV,解吸速率2 BV/h条件下,COD脱除率达60%以上;微电解-Fenton法处理吸附出水,pH=3、铁屑投加质量浓度100 g/L,铁碳比为3∶1,H2O2用量6 m L/L,反应时间4 h,COD脱除率达62%以上。废水可生化性从0.05提高到0.32,达到预处理目的。
Aiming at the aniline wastewater produced from M-hydroxy-N,N-diethylaniline production,the effects of macroporous resin adsorption and micro - electrolysis- Fenton combined process on the pretreatment of aniline wastewater has been studied. The results show that when H-103 resin is used,dynamic adsorption velocity is 4 BV/h,adsorption quantity 7 BV and resolution rate 2 BV/h,the COD removing rate is above 60%. When micro- electrolysis-Fenton process is used for treating adsorbed effluent,its pH is 3,mass concentration of scrap iron dosage 100 g/L,iron/carbon ratio=3:1,H2O2 dosage 6 mL/L,and reaction time 4 h,the COD removing rate could reach 62% above. Its B/C is improved from 0.05 to 0.32,achieving the purpose of pretreatment.
