外源ABA及其抑制剂氟啶酮对冬小麦分蘖节抗寒指标的影响

Effects of Exogenous ABA and Its Inhibitor Fluridone on Cold Resistance Indicators of Winter Wheat Tiller Node

摘要 为探讨外源ABA及其抑制剂对冬小麦抗寒性的影响,以强抗寒小麦品种东农冬麦1号为试验材料,于三叶期分别喷施10μmol/L脱落酸(ABA)和50μmol/L的ABA抑制剂氟啶酮,以水处理为对照,分别于4℃、0℃、-10℃和-25℃取小麦分蘖节进行抗寒相关生理指标的测定。结果表明,随着温度的降低,各处理可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量先升高后降低,脯氨酸(Pro)和丙二醛(MDA)含量逐渐升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性逐渐增强;ABA处理的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、Pro含量和SOD活性均高于对照,MDA含量低于对照;氟啶酮处理的各项指标与ABA处理呈相反趋势。说明低温胁迫下,外施ABA可以通过增加植物体内ABA含量,进而增加渗透调节物质含量、提高抗氧化酶活性来提高东农冬麦1号的抗寒性;一定浓度的氟啶酮可作为ABA抑制剂来研究植物的逆境生理。 To investigate the effects of exogenous abscisic acid (ABA) on the cold-resistance of winter wheat, an elite freeze-tolerant cultivar 'Dongnongdongmai No.l' was selected as material and 10μmol/L ABA and 50μmol/L ABA inhibitor fluridone were sprayed (water treatment as the control) at the trefoil stage. The tiller nodes were collected for measuring physiological indicators when the ambient temperature reached approximately at 4℃, 0℃, -10℃ and -25 ℃. The results showed that with the decreasing of temperature, the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar presented upgrade firstly then descending latter. The content of proline and malondialdehyde (MDA), and activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) increased progressively. The content of soluble sugar, soluble protein and proline, and SOD activity under the ABA treatment were significantly higher than that under the control, but the content of MDA was lower than that under ABA treatment. The indicators under fluridone treatment showed reverse trend with ABA treatment, indicating that exogenous ABA could increase the content of ABA in plant, then increase the content of osmolytes, finally improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes to increase the cold-resistance of Dongnongdongmai No. 1. Therefore, a certain concentration of fluridone could be regarded as an ABA inhibitor to study the physiology of plant stress.
