摘要
目的探究肛裂纵切横缝术治疗效果与体会。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月我院收治的60例慢性肛裂患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组采用侧位开放式肛裂切除术,观察组采用肛裂纵切横缝内括约肌切断术,对比分析两组治疗效果情况,并总结治疗体会。结果观察组患者肛门控制力及排便感觉良好患者(93.34%、90.00%)与对照组患者(66.67%、63.33%)相比明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者术后切口疼痛强度、切口愈合时间、下床活动时间均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肛裂纵切横缝术治疗慢性肛裂效果显著,手术操作简单,术后创伤小,恢复疗程短,切口疼痛降低,控制排便功能恢复效果好。
Objective To explore the anal fissure longitudinal incision and transverse suture treatment effect and clinical experience.Methods Sixty cases of chronic anal fissure patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were divided into control group and observation group,with 30 cases in each group.And they were given lateral open excision of anal fissure surgery,anal fissure longitudinal incision and transverse suture of internal sphincter for treatment,respectively.The therapeutic effects of two groups were compared and the clinical experience was also proposed.Results The good feel rate of anal control and defecation in the observation group were 93.34% and 90.00%,which were significantly higher than those in the control group（66.67% and 63.33%）（P〈0.05）.The intensity of incision pain,wound healing time and ambulation time of the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group and there were all difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Surgical treatment of anal fissure longitudinal incision and transverse suture for chronic anal fissure has significantly effect,which has characteristics of simple operation,small postoperative trauma,shorten recovery period,reducing incision pain and good effect of bowel function control and so on,and has clinical significance.
