摘要
目的探讨药学指导在高血压合并2型糖尿病老年患者中的应用效果。方法选取2014年1月—2016年6月该院收治的120例高血压合并2型糖尿病老年患者参与该次研究,随机分为对照组(n=60)和观察组(n=60)。对照组给予常规诊疗模式,观察组在常规诊疗模式基础上给予药学指导,干预3个月。对比观察两组患者干预前后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPBG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及用药依从性Morisky评分变化情况。结果干预前,两组的FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、SBP、DBP及Morisky评分差异无统计学意义;观察组,干预后较干预前,FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、SBP、DBP及Morisky评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组,干预后较干预前,FBG、2hPBG、SBP及DBP差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),而HbA1c和Morisky评分较干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组较对照组,FBG、2 hPBG、HbA1c、SBP、DBP及Morisky评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良事件发生率显著低于对照组。结论给予高血压合并2型糖尿病老年患者药学指导,有助于提高治疗效果及患者用药依从性,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the application effect of pharmacy guidance in the senile patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes. Methods 120 cases of senile patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes in our hospital from January 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into two groups with 60 eases in each, the control group adopted the routine di- agnosis and treatment model, while the observation group adopted the pharmacy guidance on the basis of the control group, and the intervention was three months, ahd the FBG, 2 hPBG, HbAlc, SBP, DBP, medication compliance Morisky score changes of the two groups before and after the intervention were observed. Results Before intervention, there were no obvious differences in the FBG,2 hPBG,HbAlc,SBP,DBP and Morisky scores before intervention（P〈0.05）, and the differences in these indexes of the observation group before and after intervention were statistically significant （P〈0.05）, and the differences in these indexes in the control group before and after intervention were statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and the differences in the HbAlc and Morisky scores before and after intervention were not statistically significant, after intervention, the differences in these indexes between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）, and the incidence rate of adverse events in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The pharmacy guidance for senile patients with hypertension and type 2 diabetes contributes to improving the treatment effect and medication compliance of patients, and it is worth clinical promotion.
