摘要
以专用聚丙烯切片为原料,采用常规纺丝方法制备了可用于电池隔膜生产的单丝纤度为0.5 dtex的超细聚丙烯纤维。针对开发与生产过程中出现的程度不一的毛丝,从纺丝组件、纺丝温度、拉伸倍数、丝路器件与预网络器等方面进行探究并采取相应的措施。结果表明:及时清理设备与更换导丝器等丝路器件对减少或杜绝毛丝出现并无明显作用;试验范围内,在生产细旦或超细多孔全拉伸纤维时可选择更小的预网络压力或不使用预网络器。
0.5 dtex superfine polypropylene fiber for battery separators is produced by using conventional spinning method. Spinning pack, spinning temperature, draw ratio, the relative devices and pre-entangling device are investigated to reduce fuzz. The results show that cleaning equipment on time and replacing the relative devices such as yarn guide have no obvious effects on the fuzz coming from the whole production line and it is suggested that choosing smaller air pressure of pre-entangling device or using no pre-entangl- ing device should be better in the production of ultrafine fibers.
