摘要 针对目前多个新投项目安排部署采用效益排队法,无法考虑多个技术、经济条件限制,且仅能考虑当期效益的问题,应用0–1整数规划优化方法,以净现值最大为目标函数,以每个具体项目是否实施以及如果确定实施则以实施的具体时间为决策变量,考虑投资、钻井能力、产油量、产液量、决策变量和项目排斥性等多个约束条件,建立了油田产能项目优化部署模型,实现了多个产能项目的最优部署。实例应用结果表明,无论短期还是长期,基于0–1整数规划的项目优化部署模型,部署结果效益更好,操作性更强,方法更加严格、科学和准确。该模型的建立可为诸如措施井、新老区产能建设项目等,实现已完成评价的单一项目组成的多个备选项目的最优选择和部署。 Aimed at the economic constraints and can problem that benefit queuing method cannot consider a number of technical and only consider the benefit of the current period, the optimization deployment method model of oilfield productivity construction project is established by using 0-1 integer programming, which takes the maximum value of the discounted net present value as objective function, and whether the project is implemented and the specific time (if implemented) as decision variable, considering the constraints of investment, drilling capacity, oil production, production capacity, decision variables, project exclusion, etc. Thus the optimal deployment of multiple production projects is achieved. Example application results show that, either in the long run or the short run, the optimization deployment model based on 0-1 integer programming has better benefit and is more operational, rigorous, scientific and accurate. This model provides a decision making method for optimal arrangement of multiple projects such as measure well and capacity building project, which consist of a single project that has been evaluated.
