摘要
目的探究分析针对气滞血瘀型肺癌给予化疗联合桃红四物汤加减进行治疗的效果。方法 64例中晚期肺癌患者作为研究对象,以投硬币的方式随机分成对照组和试验组,各32例。对照组采用常规化疗,试验组联合桃红四物汤加减治疗,对比分析治疗后的效果及生活质量评分。结果治疗后,试验组患者有效率为90.63%,明显高于对照组的62.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组各项生活质量评分及总体生活质量评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气滞血瘀型肺癌采用化疗联合桃红四物汤加减进行治疗的疗效相对于单一的化疗具有明显的优势,提高了治疗疗效,建议广泛应用。
Objective To investigate and analyze effect by modified Taohongsiwu decoction combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of lung cancer of qi stagnation and blood stasis type. Methods A total of 64 patients with intermediate and terminal lung cancer as study subjects were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 32 cases in each group. The control group received conventional chemotherapy, and the experimental group received chemotherapy combined with modified Taohongsiwu decoction for treatment. Comparison was made on effect and quality of life score after treatment between the two groups. Results After treatment, the experimental group had obviously higher total effective rate as 90.63% than 62.50% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. After treatment, the experimental group had all higher item scores in quality of life and total quality of life score than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of chemotherapy combined with modified Taohongsiwu decoction in treating lung cancer of qi stagnation and blood stasis type shows remarkably prominent advantage than single treatment. This method can improve curative effect, and it is recommended for wide application.
