外挂整体装配式墙体及连接抗震性能研究 被引量:18

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY OF SEISMIC PERFORMANCE OF INTEGRAL ASSEMBLED CLADDING PANELS AND CONNECTIONS

摘要 提出两种新型节点——U型连接节点和T型吊挂可控滑移节点,用于连接外挂预制墙板与钢框架主体结构,其中对用T型吊挂可控滑移节点的外挂预制墙板加设保温装饰层,实现墙体-保温-装饰一体化。为了研究地震作用下外挂预制墙板钢框架的抗震性能,设计加工3个单层单跨试验构件,即纯框架试件、采用U型连接节点和T型吊挂可控滑移节点连接的外挂预制墙板钢框架试件,并进行低周往复加载试验,详细对比了3个试件的破坏模式、荷载-位移滞回曲线、刚度退化规律及耗能能力等。研究结果表明:U型连接节点和T型吊挂可控滑移节点都能有效保证外挂预制墙板在地震作用下不脱落,且变形较小;外挂预制墙板和钢框架结构整体表现出良好的抗震性能和变形能力。 The paper presented two types of joints, U-type connection and T-type hanging sliding controlled connection to connect steel frame structure and prefabricated external wall. Thermal insulation and decoration could be adopted on the prefabricated external hanging wall to achieve wall-insulation-decoration integration. To study the seismic performance of steel frame with prefabricated external wall,three one-story and one-span steel frames under quasi static loading were conducted. One was pure frame,others were steel frame with prefabricated external wall connected by U-type connection and T-type hanging sliding controlled connection respectively. The failure modes,load-displacement hysteretic curves,stiffness degradation laws and energy dissipation were compared in detail. The results showed that both connections could ensure the prefabricated external hanging wall would not be desquamated and had smaller deformation under earthquake. Steel frames with prefabricated external hanging wall behave good seismic performance and deformation.
