高职教学管理工作是教学的一个关键性环节,它直接影响高职教育的人才培养质量。就高职教学管理的任务、内容、特点、原则及提高管理水平进行了探讨。
Teaching management is a crucial link in higher vocational education, and it has directly effect on the quality of cultivating talented people. This paper mainly studies the tasks, the characteristics and the principles in teaching management, and it also discusses how to improve management level.
