摘要
目的:研究环氧化酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF-C)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:采用逆转录-聚合酶链法(RT-PCR)检测32例鼻咽癌和11例癌旁鼻咽正常组织标本中COX-2mRNA与VEGF-C-mRNA的表达。结果:COX-2 mRNA与VEGF-CmRNA在鼻咽癌中的表达分别为68.7%和71.9%,显著高于癌旁鼻咽正常组织(P<0.01,P<0.005);在有淋巴结转移患者中COX-2 mRNA与VEGF-C-mRNA阳性表达均明显高于无淋巴结转移患者(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:COX-2与VEGF-C基因在鼻咽癌中组织的发生、发展、转移中发挥重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF-C) in nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC).Medthods RT-PCR were used to detect the expression of COX-2 mRNA and VEGF-C rnRNA in 32 cases of NPC and 11 cases of normal tissues.Results The expression of COX-2 mRNA were 68.7% and VEGF-C-mRNA were 71.9% respectively,both of them increased in cancer tissues compared to normal tissues significantly(P<0.05、P<0.005);COX-2rnRNA expression were correlated lymph node invasiveness of NPC(P<0.05);VEGF-C-mRNA were correlated lymph node invasiveness of NPC(P<0.01).Conclusion The COX-2 and VEGF-C gene may play an imporatant role in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
