摘要
随着人们对硒在植物中重要作用认识的深入,针对烤烟硒营养的研究越来越多。适量的硒能促进烤烟生长,并提升烟叶品质。从中国植烟土壤、烤烟和卷烟制品中的硒含量,硒在烤烟中的分布规律及在烟叶中的存在形态,烤烟硒营养的施用及效果,硒对烤烟生长、生理和烟叶品质的影响,硒对缓解烤烟重金属胁迫、降低烟气中有害成分的作用及对卷烟安全性的影响等方面系统地进行了综述,并分析了中国开发富硒卷烟的现状和抽吸富硒卷烟对人体健康的影响。
With the deep understanding of the important role of selenium in plants, more and more research on selenium nu-trition in the flue-cured tobacco has been carrying on. The right amount of selenium can promote the growth of flue-cured tobacco, and improve the quality of tobacco leaves. The research of selenium content in tobacco planting soil, flue-cured to-bacco and cigarette in China; the forms and distribution of selenium in flue-cured tobacco; application of selenium nutrition in flue-cured tobacco; effect of selenium on the growth, physiology and quality of flue-cured tobacco; effect of selenium on alleviating heavy metal stress and reducing harmful components in cigarette smoke are reviewed. The research of selenium-rich cigarette and the study on the effect of smoking selenium-rich cigarette on human body are analyzed.
