基于有限元的无刷双馈电机发电运行状态的仿真 被引量:2

摘要 考虑到无刷双馈电机的设计方法目前还不成熟,提出一种采用有限元方法对无刷双馈电机发电运行状态进行仿真的方法,该方法可以对设计方案进行评估。在Ansoft/Maxwell下建立样机在发电状态下的2D仿真模型,通过改变控制绕组电压的初相角,调节无刷双馈电机的运行状态及输出功率,得到电机的总电磁转矩、两定子绕组功率、电流与控制绕组电压的初相角之间的特性曲线。该特性曲线可用以计算电机的过载能力、额定电流对应的有功及无功功率以及对应的控制绕组初相角。在此基础上进一步研究了两个定子绕组轴线的空间相对位置角和控制绕组电压大小对以上特性曲线的影响。 Considering that the design method of the Brushless Doubly Fed Machine (BDFM) is not yet ma- ture, a method which adopted finite element method to simulate the BDFM in power generation state was pro- posed in this paper and the method can be used to evaluate the design scheme. Established the 2D model of the BDFM in Ansoft/Maxwell soft. Regulating the operation state and output power of BDFM by changing the initial phase angle of the control winding voltage and then got the characteristic curves between the initial phase angle of the control winding voltage and total electromagnetic torque, the currents, active power and reactive power of the two stator windings. Then the motor overload capacity, the active power, reactive power and initial phase angle of the control winding voltage corresponding to the rated current can be calculated by the characteristic curves. On this basis, this paper studied the effect of the relative angle of the space posi- tion of the two stator windings and the voltage of the control winding on the characteristic curves.
