摘要
为了提高全光相位调制器的信号解调性能,进行信号解调系统设计,针对当前的线性检波解调方式容易导致输出增益失真的问题,提出全光相位调制器的信号解调系统设计方法。系统包括了交流放大设计模块、滤波器模块、检波器模块、积分器模块、输出级阻抗匹配模块和调制解调模块等,两路全光相位调制信号经过放大、滤波、阻抗变换处理后送入A/D进行采样,采用差分放大模式进行交流放大,采用二阶级联检波方法进行信号检波设计,通过耦合自动增益控制实现失真补偿,提高信号的调制解调性能。系统调试结果表明,信号解调系统输出信号的滤波特性较好,峰值较高,调制信号输出的码元的误码率降低。
In order to improve the signal demodulation performance of all-optical phase modulator and for the output gain distortion of current linear detection demodulation, a new system design of all-optical phase modulator was proposed. This system consists of AC amplifier design module, filter module, detector module, integrator module, output impedance matching module and modulation& demodulation module. Sample these two branches of all-phase modulation signal in A/D through amplifying, filtering and impedance conversion. Amplifying by differential, filtering designed by 2 classes joint detection, reaching the distortion compensation by coupling automatic gain to improve the signal demodulation performance. The modulation results show that the output signal of new system has good filtering performance, high peak and low error rate.
