W、Cr纳米颗粒对Ni镀层析氢性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 用脉冲电沉积方法制备Ni、Ni-5Cr、Ni-5W及Ni-5W-5Cr纳米复合镀层,比较其析氢性能。采用X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对镀层表面进行观察和结构表征,通过阴极极化曲线和交流阻抗谱图测定镀层的析氢性能,同时对纳米镀层的析氢机理进行了探讨。结果表明,W、Cr纳米粒子沉积于镀层中,细化了镀层的晶粒尺寸,使镀层更加致密均匀。在1 mol/L NaOH溶液中,Jκ为0.01 A/dm^2条件下,Ni-5W-5Cr纳米复合镀层析氢电位与Ni、Ni-5Cr和Ni-5W镀层相比,分别降低了250、200和150 m V,其阻抗值最小为647.9Ω,表明具有较高的析氢活性,说明Ni-5W-5Cr纳米复合镀层的析氢性能最好。 Nano-composite coatings of Ni, Ni-5Cr, Ni-5W and Ni-5W-5Cr were prepared by pulse elec- troplating method and their hydrogen evolution performance were studied. The structure and surface mor- phology of the coating was characterized by XRD and SEM. The hydrogen evolution performance was determined by cathodic polarization curve and AC impedance spectroscopy, and the mechanism of hydro- gen evolution of nano-coating was discussed. The results showed that the grain size of coating was refined and the coating was more dense and uniform after addition of W, Cr into the coating. When the current density was 0.01 A/din2 in 1 mol/L NaOH solution,compared to Ni,Ni-5Cr and Ni-5W coatings,the hydrogen potentials of Ni-5W-5Cr nanocomposite coatings reduced by 250 mV, 200 mV and 150 mV, respectively, and the resistance value was the minimum, equalling to 647.9Ω/cm2 which meant that the hydrogen evolution performance of Ni-5W-5Cr was the best.
