摘要目的:探究在外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折使用动力髋螺钉(DHS)治疗过程中,患者骨折分型及外侧壁厚度对治疗效果的影响。方法:针对40例外侧壁危险型股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用DHS治疗,并归为对照组,针对另外40例外侧壁稳定型患者采用DHS治疗,并归为观察组,两组患者均为我院2014年9月~2016年1月收治。结果:观察组患者的手术情况好于对照组,观察组患者恢复相对较快,其中观察组骨折愈合时间为(17.31±3.25)周,而对照组为(21.25±6.35)周,组间比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:DHS治疗外侧壁完整的股骨粗隆间骨折时,患者骨折分型及外侧壁厚度对疗效的影响较大,其分型为危险型的患者手术后愈合缓慢。
