摘要
目的:探讨可吸收性止血绫用于混合痔患者术后止血的疗效。方法:选择100例混合痔患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,所有患者均采用外切内扎手术进行治疗,对照组术后使用凡士林纱布加压包扎固定,观察组则加用可吸收性止血绫,比较两组患者术后出血、疼痛及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者术后出血症状评分、出血量和出血时间少于对照组,疼痛程度轻于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:可吸收性止血绫可以在混合痔术后止血中发挥积极作用,可降低出血量和术后疼痛程度,减少并发症发生。
Objective： To investigate the effect of Absorbable Stanching Satin in the hemostasis after mixed hemorrhoids resection. Methods：100 patients mixed hemorrhoids were divided into the observation group and control group,each 50 cases. All patients were carried out the ordinary operation. The conventional vaseline gauze was used in the control group and Absorbable Stanching Satin was additional used in the observation group. The hemostatic effect,pain degree and the complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results： The hemostatic effect,the volume and time of bleeding,pain degree,complication rate of the observation group was better than those of control group after the surgery. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： It can get a satisfaction effect to use Absorbable Stanching Satin in the hemostasis after mixed hemorrhoids resection,with better hemostatic effect,less pain and complication.
