摘要
设计了某机载轻质高频天线阵面的结构,采用平面印刷偶极子天线单元和紧耦合布阵技术,实现阵面的小型化和轻型化;天线承力骨架采用立体框架形式,使用玻璃纤维蒙皮加泡沫夹心结构的复合材料,实现结构的轻质与抗力学环境设计要求。通过力学有限元仿真分析,验证了天线结构的刚强度满足设计要求。
In this paper, the structural design of a light high-frequency airborne antenna is proposed. The planar print dipole antenna unit and tight coupling deployment technology were used to realize the miniaturization and lightening of the array; Then, the space frame structure and the composite material with glass fiber as surface and foam as core were adopted to build the bearing frame to meet the design requirements of light weight and mechanical environment adaptability. The results of mechanical finite element analysis have verified that the strength and stiffness of the antenna structure can meet the design requirements.
