PDCA闭环管理在医院物价管理中的应用探讨 被引量:4

摘要 PDCA闭环管理应遵循全面的质量管理科学计划,已被广泛应用于全面质量管理的实施。在国家深度改革医疗保险制度的背景下,医疗收费问题受到越来越多的重视。我院顺应这一需求,成立了医保物价科,负责物价的管理,保证快捷地反映医院的价格需求,及时准确地反馈给科室,并落实国家物价政策,严格管理医院的医疗收费行为。PDCA闭环管理,即Plan-Do-Check-Action的首字母,指确立目标计划,并按计划进行实施,同时严格检查实施的情况,并对检查过程中发现的问题进行及时的处理。本文通过对PDCA闭环理论在医院价格管理中应用的分析发现,其有利于加强监督医疗收费行为,提升医院物价管理质量,效果良好。 PDCA(Plan-Do-Check-Action), an iterative four-step management method, has been widely applied in application of total quality management. In the context of the deepening reform of the national medical insurance system, the issue of medical charges has been paid more and more attention. Conforming to this demand, our hospital set up a medical insurance price department, which is responsible for price management, to ensure rapid response to the hospital's price needs, provide accurate feedbacks to the department timely, implement national price policy, and manage hospital's medical charges strictly. PDCA closed-loop management, that is, the first letter of Plan-Do-Check-Action, refers to the establishment of the target plan, implement according to the plan, check the implementation status strictly, and check the problems found in the process of timely processing. This paper analyzes the application of PDCA closedloop theory in hospital price management, which is helpful to strengthen the supervision of medical charges and improve the quality of hospital price management.
