摘要
以光储联合运行单元为研究对象,采用小波包-模糊调节的方法使得储能平抑光伏输出波动的同时保证储能荷电状态维持在合理水平。针对一定渗透率的光伏,建立了区域配电网各母线电压偏差之和最小、总有功网损最小、储能寿命损耗最小和储能容量利用率最大的多目标优化模型。以储能容量及最大充放电功率为优化变量,在求解中通过归一化将多目标优化转化为单目标优化模型,采用一种量子编码的遗传算法进行求解。基于IEEE-33节点算例的计算分析,验证了该优化配置方法的有效性与正确性。
In this paper, wavelet packet-fuzzy strategy is used to stabilize PV output fluctuations and adjust ESS charging and discharging power to ensure its soc to be at a reasonable level. Under the certain penetration of PV, this paper establish- es an optimization model which contains minimum system loss, minimum system voltage deviation, minimum battery equivalent life loss and maximum battery capacity utilization. To speed up the calculation for achieving the global optimal solution, a scheme of quantum coding GA is introduced. In the end, the IEEE-33 bus numerical results are used to verify correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
