摘要
高速铁路相关企业之间合作策略优化是中国高速铁路以全产业链形式"走出去"迫切需要解决的重要问题。考虑?2?个高速铁路产业链相关企业,分别基于联合体模式和总承包模式2?种分散决策模式对项目进行谈判、签约及实施,构建?2?个企业的收益函数,比较?2?个企业在?2?种分散模式下的绩效水平,以及?2?个企业作为整体在?2?种分散决策模式与集中决策模式的绩效差异。研究结论显示,对于任一企业,总承包模式优于联合体模式,同时?2?种模式都存在改进空间。为此进一步设计基于?Shapley?值的合作协调策略,使得整体收益达到最优同时各方收益又得到合理改善。最后,通过数值分析考察不同参数对合作协调实施动力的影响。
Cooperation optimization among high-speed railway enterprises is an important problem,which needs solving urgently for Chinese high-speed railway "go global" in form of the whole industrial chain.Through considering 2 enterprises of high-speed railway industrial chain,the project negotiation,contract and implementation are carried out based on 2 disperse policy decisions("alliance" and "general contract" modes) respectively,the revenue function of 2 enterprises is established,the performance level of the 2 enterprises under 2 disperse modes,as well as the performance difference of the 2 enterprises as a whole under 2 disperse policy decision modes and centralized decision mode are compared.In the conclusion,this paper proposes that,in each enterprise,the "general contract" mode is superior to the "alliance" mode,and both the 2 modes have improvement space.Therefore,a cooperative coordination strategy based on Shapley value is further designed.In the end,through data analyses,the paper makes investigation on the influence of different parameters on implementation power of the cooperative coordination strategy.
