摘要
目的:观察补肾和脉颗粒治疗H型高血压病伴颈动脉粥样硬化的临床疗效。方法:将H型高血压病伴颈动脉粥样硬化患者140例随机分为2组各70例,对照组给予马来酸依那普利片及叶酸片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加补肾和脉颗粒治疗。观察比较两组患者血压、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块积分(Crouse积分)等指标变化。结果:两组患者血压、Hcy、IMT及Crouse积分等均较治疗前明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾和脉颗粒可有效降低H型高血压病患者的血压及Hcy水平,抑制颈动脉粥样硬化的进展,临床疗效确切。
Objective ： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Hemai granules in the treatment of H - type hypertension accompanied by carotid atherosclerosis. Methods ： A total of 140 patients with H - type hypertension accompanied by carotid atherosclerosis were equally and randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given enalapril maleate tablets and folic acid tablets, while the treatment group was given Bushen Hemai granules in addition to the treatment for the control group. The two groups were compared in terms of blood pressure, homocysteine （Hcy） level, carotid intima - media thickness （IMT） , and carotid plaque score （ Crouse score）. Results： After treatment, both groups showed significant decreases in blood pressure, Hcy level,IMT, and Crouse score （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Bushen Hemai granules can effectively reduce blood pressure and Hcy level,inhibit the progression of carotid atherosclerosis,and has good clinical efficacy in patients with H -type hypertension accompanied by carotid atherosclerosis.
