食物过敏相关消化道疾病诊断与管理专家共识 被引量:87

摘要 食物过敏是食物不良反应的一种,指一种或多种特定食物成分进入人体后使机体致敏,再次反复进入可导致机体对之产生异常免疫反应,引起生理功能紊乱和(或)组织损伤,进而引发一系列临床症状。食物过敏在儿童中的发病率为0.02%~8%,因年龄、地区、过敏原而不同。其症状呈非特异性,涉及消化系统、呼吸系统、皮肤、心血管系统和神经系统等。其中60%儿童食物过敏累及消化系统,严重者可导致生长发育迟缓、贫血和低蛋白血症。此共识旨在对此类疾病进行规范诊断和管理。
