酸碱老化对硅橡胶复合绝缘子憎水性能的影响 被引量:16

摘要 采用溶液浸泡试验模拟不同环境条件下硅橡胶的老化过程,系统考察了表面憎水性随酸性或碱性溶液浸泡时间的变化规律。发现强酸性环境会导致硅橡胶表面接触角显著下降,硝酸较其他酸性物质具有更强的老化作用;而在碱性环境中,硅橡胶在pH值大于12时才会有较为明显的老化行为;酸碱老化的机理为主链Si—O键受到氢离子或氢氧根离子的进攻发生断裂而生成硅醇,强碱还可和补强剂白炭黑等反应生成孔洞,促进水的扩散。 Solution immersion test was performed to simulate aging process of silicone rubber under different environmental conditions and change law of surface hydrophobicity with time of acid or alkali solution immersion was systematically investigated. It was discovered strong acid environment would cause remarkable declination of surface contact angle of the silicone rubber and nitric acid had stronger aging effect than other acid substances. While in alkaline environment, when pH value was over 12, the silicone rubber would be aged. The mechanism of acid and alkali aging was also discussed and it was found the main chain Si-O bond was destroyed due to attack of hydrogen ions or hydroxyl ions and then generated silanol. In addition, strong alkali might react with fortifier white carbon black to generate void, which could promote diffusion of water.
