摘要
目的探讨经阴道超声(TVUS)检查与经腹部超声(TAUS)检查在子宫腺肌病中的诊断价值。方法选取我院2013年2月至2016年12月经病理证实为子宫腺肌病的80例患者,所有患者均进行TVUS检查与TAUS检查。对比两种检查方式的诊断准确率及患者子宫动脉血流情况。结果 TVUS检查诊断子宫腺肌病的准确率为88.75%(71例),显著高于TAUS检查的66.25%(53例),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与TAUS检查比较,TVUS检查患者的动脉搏动指数和动脉阻力指数均较高,血流量较低(P均<0.05)。结论与TAUS检查比较,TVUS检查诊断子宫腺肌病的准确率较高,敏感度高,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound （TVUS） examination and transabdominal ultrasound （TAUS） examination in adenomyosis. Methods 80 cases of patients confirmed as adenomyosis by pathology in our hospital from February 2013 to December 2016 were selected and given TVUS examination and TAUS examination. The diagnostic accuracy of two methods and patients＇ uterine artery blood flow were compared. Results The diagnostic accuracy of adenomyosis of TVUS examination was 88.75% （71 cases）, significantly higher than 66.25% （53 cases） of TAUS examination, with statistical difference （P 〈0.05 ）. Compared with TAUS examination, the arterial pulsatility index and arterial resistance index of TVUS examination were higher, and the blood flow was lower （all P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Compared with TAUS examination, TVUS examination in the diagnosis of adenomyosis has higher accuracy and sensitivity, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
