摘要
本文在主动配电网背景下,针对大量间歇式分布式电源接入配电网导致的电压波动问题,从有功功率、无功功率协调控制角度,提出一种计算、控制、执行的分层控制策略,进行功率解耦控制。首先通过控制器采集的电压频率和储能系统的荷电状态的基础上确定下垂系数,再计算负荷功率的缺额并结合主动配电网的出力情况来测算储能系统输出的功率,最终采用Park变换获得输出信号。通过在建立的微型主动配电网模型上的仿真,验证了分布式电源输出有功、无功以及负荷电压的稳定性都得到一定优化,从而说明了该控制策略的有效性和可行性。
The paper aimed at the problem of voltage stability caused by a large number of intermittent distributed power supply distribution networks,what propose a hierarchical control strategy of calculation, control and execution from the viewpoint of active power and reactive power coordinated controlling to deal with power decoupling control in the context of active distribution network. First,through the controller to collect the voltage frequency and energy storage system based on the state of charge to determine the droop coefficient. And then calculated the load power shortage and combined with the active distribution network to calculate the output power of energy storage system. Finally, output signal is obtained by using the Park transform. The stability of the active power and reactive power and load voltage is optimized by simulation result in the establishment of the micro-active distribution network model. It illustrates the validity and feasibility of the control strategy.
