摘要
介绍了浙江省天然气长输管道的发展情况及远期规划,阐述了调度控制中心(简称调控中心)在浙江省天然气管道安全运行方面所起的重要作用,提出了调控中心必须具备的功能要求。在数据通信、自动化控制水平、控制权限设置三个方面与国家级天然气管道输送工程之一的川气东送调控中心进行对比,就技术标准、操作控制原则、报警认知等方面分析了与国外调控中心先进理念存在的差距,最后提出了浙江省天然气长输管道调控中心后续改造建议。
This paper introduces the development and long-term planning of gas transportation pipeline in Zhejiang province, expounds that the Dispatch Control Center(DCC) plays an important role in safe operation of gas transportation pipeline in Zhejiang province, and poses the requirement of functions of DCC. First, it compares with the DCC of Sichuan to Eastern China gas transmission pipeline in three sides, such as data communication, automation control level and control authority setting. Then, it analyzes the gap with DCC abroad on technical standard, operation control principle and alarm cognitive. Finally, suggestions on further development of the DCC of gas transmission pipeline in Zhejiang province are made.
