重力式竖置径向热管的传热性能试验

摘要 在不同加热功率、不同充液率情况下,对竖直放置的重力式径向热管分别进行了内管内表面加热外管散热和外管外表面加热内管散热两种方式的启动性能和传热性能试验。结果表明:竖直放置径向热管在内部没有设置吸液芯的情况下也能工作,且具有良好的启动性和均温性。在内管内表面加热外管散热的情况下,热管启动时间随充液率的增加而增加;在外管外表面加热内管散热的情况下,随充液率的增加,热管的启动时间先减小后增加,充液率分界点为40%。 h shows some tests for the startup performance and heat transfer performance of radial gravity vertical placed heat pipe with different heat transfer power and different filling ratios. The tests include two situations which are the inner tube surface heating outer tube heat dissipation and the outer tube surface heating inner tube heat dissipation. The result shows that the vertical placement radial heat pipe can work without setting capillary wick, has good startup performance and heat - transfer pe^formance. By the situation of the inner tube surface heating outer tube heat dissipation, the start time of the heat pipe increases with the increase of liquid of filling ratio. By the situation of outer tube surface heating inner tube heat dissipation, with the increase of liquid of fill- ing ratio, heat pipe startup time decreases at first and then increased with the critical filling ratio is about 40%.
