摘要
从公平关切视角分析微政务信息公开行为,试图实现基于收益衡量下的微政务信息公开行为最优。研究表明:通过转移收益协调和优化微政务信息公开行为,可以明显改善微政务信息需求者的积极性,使微政务信息公开能够顺利开展和实施,并成功提高信息供给者和需求者双方的净收益和整体净收益。
This paper tries to realize the optimal micro government information disclosure behavior based on the balance of benefit in the perspective of fairness. Research shows that transfer earnings coordination and micro government information disclosure upgrade can not only significantly improve the activity of information demanders, which is very important in the successful imple- mentation of micro government information disclosure, but also improve the mutual net income and overall net income of information provider and demander.
