摘要
超高周疲劳是指材料应力循环次数达到1×107以上发生疲劳断裂的行为,不同于传统疲劳"无限寿命"的观点。为了能够合理化设计疲劳构件、有效评估寿命、减少安全隐患和经济损失,有必要对材料超高周疲劳性能进行深入研究。总结了铝合金超高周疲劳S-N曲线的特征、疲劳裂纹的产生、裂纹扩展以及影响疲劳破坏的因素,在此基础上提出利用TIG熔修、机加工打磨、超声冲击等延寿技术提高疲劳寿命;最后在分析现状的基础上,提出一些有关铝合金超高周疲劳寿命的研究方向。
The very high cycle fatigue refers to fatigue fracture behavior when the number of stress cycles is more than 1× 107 , which is different from the traditional view of infinite life. In order to rationally design component, effectively evaluate fatigue life, reduce security risks and economic losses, it is necessary to deeply study the very high cycle fatigue properties for materials. In this paper the S - N curve characteristic of very high cycle fatigue proper- ties, fatigue crack, crack propagation and influence factors of fatigue failure are summarized, and improvement fatigue life technologies by TIG dressing, grinding and ultrasonic impact treatment are proposed, finally some research directions for very high cycle fatigue life of aluminum alloy based on analysis of present situation are put forward.
