摘要
目的:观察和分析奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛的效果及对患者生活质量和免疫功能的影响。方法:选取80例中重度癌痛患者作为研究对象,对其给予口服奥施康定治疗和癌痛规范化护理干预,对患者治疗前及治疗第1周末、第2周末、第3周末、第4周末的NRS评分进行观察和分析,对患者的疼痛缓解度、治疗有效率、不良反应及治疗前后的SF-36量表评分、免疫功能指标进行观察和分析。结果:患者在治疗后各时间点的NRS评分均显著低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);中度疼痛患者治疗有效率为100%,重度疼痛患者治疗有效率为91.8%,差异无统计学意义(字2=1.661,P>0.05);经治疗,患者SF-36量表各维度评分均较治疗前显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,患者各免疫功能指标均优于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者治疗期间的不良反应以轻度不良反应为主,各类不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(字2=10.435,P>0.05)。结论:应用奥施康定治疗中重度癌痛,能够有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,提高患者的生活质量和免疫功能,具有较好的疗效。
Objective： To observe and analyze the therapeutic effects of Oxycontin in the treatment of medium to severe cancer pain and its influences on quality of life and immune function of the patients.Method： 80 cases of patients with medium to severe cancer pain were selected as the research objects and were treated with oral treatment of Oxycontin and standardized pain nursing intervention.NRS scores of the patients before the treatment, at 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th weekends after the treatment were observed and analyzed.The pain reliving degree, the therapeutic efficiency, the adverse events and the SF scale scores, the immune function indexes before and after the treatment were observed and analyzed.Result： NRS scores of the patients at each time points after the treatment were significantly lower than that before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The treatment efficiency in patients with medium pain was 100%, the treatment efficiency in patients with severe pain was 91.8%, there was no significant difference between them（X2=t.661, P〉0.05）.After the treatment, the scores of each dimension in SF-36 scale of the patients increased significantly compared with those before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After the treatment, the immune function indexes of the patients were better than those before the treatment, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The adverse events of the patients during the treatment were mainly the mild adverse events, the differences of the incidences of the various types of adverse events were not statisticallysignificant（χ^2=10.435, P〉0.05）.Conclusion： The application of Oxycontin in the treatment ofmedium to severe cancer pain ean effectively alleviate the patient＇s pain symptoms, improve life quality and immune function of the patients , has good therapeutic effects.
