摘要
目的探讨长期应用小剂量激素对哮喘婴幼儿发育及血清钙磷的影响。方法选取2012年4月~2015年10月于我院就诊的哮喘婴幼儿68例为哮喘组,同期于我院进行健康体检的同龄婴幼儿50例为对照组。哮喘组采用丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗。治疗前、治疗后每个月采用双能射线吸收仪测量股骨颈、大转子、桡骨中点部位的骨密度(BMD);检测血Ca^(2+)、P^(3-)。结果治疗开始前,哮喘组和对照组股骨各部位骨密度值比较无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后6个月和12个月各部位骨密度值与治疗前比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,治疗后1、6和12个月,对照组和哮喘组血磷、血钙水平比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论长期应用丙酸氟替卡松气雾剂治疗哮喘婴幼儿,并未影响患儿生长发育和血清钙、磷水平。
Objective To investigate the effect of long - term application of low-dose steroids on bone and serum calcium and phosphorus of infantile with athma. Methods 68 infants with asthma from April 2012 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as Asthma group(n=50). At the same time, 50 cases of same age infants in our hospital for health examination were selected as control group. Patients in Asthmatic patients were treated with fluticasone propionate aerosol. The bone mineral density(BMD) of the femoral neck, the greater trochanter and the midpoint of the radial bone were measured by dual energy ray absorptiometry before and after treatment. Blood Ca^2+ and P3- were measured. Results There was no significant difference in bone mineral density(BMD) between the asthma group and the control group(P 〉 0.05). There was no significant difference between the bone mineral density at 6 months and 12 months after treatment(P 〉 0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of serum phosphorus and serum calcium between the control group and asthma group before treatment, 1 month, 6 months and 12 months after treatment(P 〉 0.05). Conclusion Long-term application of fluticasone propionate aerosol in the treatment of asthma in infants and young children does not affect the growth, development of children, serum calcium, and phosphorus levels.
