原发性非小细胞肺癌不同姑息治疗方法的效果分析 被引量：1

摘要 目的观察晚期原发性非小细胞肺癌采取不同姑息治疗方法的疗效。方法选择晚期原发性非小细胞肺癌108例患者,按照不同的姑息治疗方式分组,其中靶向药物治疗组28例,姑息性放疗组35例,氩氦刀冷冻治疗组20例,中西医结合治疗组25例,治疗1个月后检测四组患者肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、细胞角质素片段抗原21-1(Cyfar21-1)等含量,并采用癌症患者生活质量评分量表QOL进行评价。结果治疗后四组患者血清肿瘤标志物组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但较治疗前均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后四组患者QOL评分,优秀率、良好率、优良率等比较差异均不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论靶向药物治疗、姑息性放疗、氩氦刀冷冻治疗、中西医结合治疗均能有效降低血清肿瘤标志物,缓解临床症状。
