摘要
为提高配电网自动化水平,提出并开发了基于图像视频的开闭所开关遥控视频联动及智能巡检系统。该系统实现了对开闭所/配电房的防盗自动监控,对开闭所/配电房开关、汇控柜等设备运行状态的智能辨识,站内报警联动及对其运行状态的监视。其中,图像视频监视系统通过对开闭所上传至主站的图像进行智能分析,实现了对开闭所内配电柜表计、旋钮开关、指示灯等设备运行状态或读数的智能监测;智能巡检系统通过检测出入开闭所的工作人员上半身着装情况,判断其着装是否符合安全礼仪规范,从而实现有效监督。
To improve automation of distribution networks,a remote control video linkage and intelligent in-spection system for switchgears in switching station based on video and image is introduced and designed. The system enables automatic anti-theft monitoring of switching station and distribution room; intelligent operating statusidentificationofswitchesofswitchingstationanddistributionroom, controlcubicle, etc） alarminglink. age in the station and operating status monitoring. By intelligent analysis on images uploaded to the master station from switching station, the image and video monitoring system can monitor the operating status or readings of distribution cabinet meters,rotary switches and indicators.
