摘要
采用不同工艺对机加后的DD6合金单晶铸件进行喷丸处理,研究了试样经喷丸处理后机加表面的状态和760℃的旋转弯曲疲劳性能,并与未喷丸的试样进行了对比分析。结果表明:采用合理的喷丸工艺有效消除了磨削加工的刀痕,降低了表面应力集中。经喷丸后试样的760℃疲劳极限均高于未喷丸的原始试样。喷丸强度较高时,疲劳强度增益更大,喷丸强化效果更明显。
Using different processes, the shot peening treatment was carried out on DD6 single crystal castings after maching. The machining surface states and rotating bending fatigue properties at 760 ℃ of the samples after shot peening treatment were studied, which were compared with the sample without shot peening. The results show that the proper shot peening process can effectively eliminate the tool marks coming from abrasive machining, then, the surface stress concentration reduces. The fatigue limit at 760 ℃of the specimen after shot peening is higher than that of the original shot peening specimens. When the shot peening intensity is high, the gain of fatigue strength is greater, and then the effect of shot peening strengthening is more obvious.
