摘要
目的观察补佳乐联合米索前列醇用于绝经期妇女取环的临床效果。方法选择在医院取环的100例绝经期妇女作为研究对象,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。两组取环手术操作相同,试验组术前采用补佳乐联合米索前列醇干预,比较两组手术指标、宫颈软化有效率、疼痛情况与取环成功率。结果对照组手术时间为(8.68±1.49)min,术中出血量为(10.51±1.42)ml;试验组手术时间为(4.28±1.22)min,术中出血量为(3.34±1.18)ml;试验组手术时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组宫颈软化率、取环成功率均明显高于对照组,取环疼痛者明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经期妇女取环时采用补佳乐联合米索前列醇干预,能明显减轻痛苦,使宫颈得到较好软化,从而提高取环成功率。
Objective To study the filling jiale combined misoprostol used in the clinical effect of menopause women take ring. Methods choose100 cases in our hospital for ring of menopause women as the research object,50 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group of 50 cases. For ring operation is the same in both groups,observation group received jiale combined misoprostol intervention,compare the two groups of operation indicators,the cervix softening efficiently,the pain and get success. Results Compared with control group,the observation group of shorter operation time,less blood loss,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）; Cervical softening rate,success rate for ring observation group were significantly higher than the control group,for ring pain significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Menopausal women for ring joint replacement jiale misoprostol intervention can obviously relieve the pain,better to soften the cervix,and thus improve the success rate for ring,is worth wide application in the clinical practice.
