摘要
目的:观察中药序贯疗法结合"辨泡"治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrom,PCOS)不孕症的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年9月—2016年11月就诊于上海市浦东新区光明中医医院门诊的PCOS不孕症患者140例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组70例。治疗组给予中药序贯疗法结合"辨泡"治疗,对照组给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。结果:治疗组有效率67.3%,对照组有效率41.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后T、LH、LH水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后黄体生成素、睾酮、雌二醇水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后成熟卵泡直径优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组排卵率、妊娠率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药序贯疗法结合"辨泡"治疗PCOS效果良好,可促进生殖激素的分泌,且不会影响子宫内膜正常生长,还可显著提高妊娠率。
Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM sequential therapy in combination with＂ differentiating ovarian follicle ＂ on infertility with polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS）. Methods：One hundred and forty patients with infertility with P- COS who were treated in our hospital＇s Outpatient Department between Sept. 2014 and Nov. 2016 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, with 70 cases in each group. The ones in the treat- ment group were treated with TCM sequential therapy in combination with ＂differentiating ovarian follicle ＂,while the ones in the control group were given Ethinylestradiol and Cyproterone Acetate Tablets. Results：The effective rate of treatment group was 67. 3% ,while that of the control group was 41.4%, the treatment group was better than the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. After the treatment ,T, LH, LH levels of the treatment group were all better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The luteinizing hor- mone, testosterone, estradiol levels of the treatment group were all better than those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：TCM sequen- tial therapy in combination with＂ differentiating ovarian follicle ＂ has a remarkable clinical curative effect on infertility with poly- cystic ovary syndrome, can promote the secretion of reproductive hormones, and does not affect the normal growth of the endometri- urn. In addition,it also can significantly improve the pregnancy rate.
