摘要
目的探讨中西医联合治疗蛇串疮的临床效果。方法对我院皮肤科2013年1月~2016年12月就诊的82例蛇串疮患者进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(42例)和观察组(40例)。对照组依据个体病情接受抗病毒治疗、神经营养治疗、止痛治疗或糖皮质激素治疗,观察组则在上述西医治疗的同时添加中医辨证疗法、中成药治疗或外用药治疗等,比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的止痛时间、止疱时间、完全结痂时间、皮损完全消退时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的后遗神经痛发生率、住院时间和住院费用比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中西医联合疗法治疗蛇串疮的效果显著优于西医疗法,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods A retrospective analysis of 82 cases of herpes zoster who received treatment from January 2013 to December 2016 in department of dermatology of our hospital,according to the different treatment methods,all patients were divided into the control group（42 cases） and the observation group（40 cases）.The control group was given antiretroviral therapy,neurotrophic therapy,analgesic therapy or glucocorticoid therapy according to individual condition.The observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,proprietary Chinese medicine treatment or external drug treatment on the basis of Western medicine treatment.The clinical effects of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.The analgesic time,the stopping time of blister,the time of complete scab and the time of complete extinction of the lesions in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence rate of post traumatic neuralgia,hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The effect of combination traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of herpes zoster is better than that of Western medicine,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
