摘要 针对传统矢量控制不能满足负载扰动时变的高精度永磁直线同步电机伺服系统与变指数趋近律滑模控制固有不足,采用基于七段插补空间矢量脉宽调制的改进积分滑模控制策略,解决微分滑模噪声放大与变指数滑模增益为零的问题,以及抑制滑模抖振,提高控制系统精度。分析并搭建直线电机伺服控制系统的数学模型,对永磁直线电机的运行特性进行仿真研究,结果验证所提控制策略的正确性及有效性,为进行下一步实验平台的搭建与测试提供理论依据。 Traditional vector control can not satisfy the high precision permanent magnet linear synchronous motor servo system with time - varying load disturbance and the inherent deficiency of variable exponent reaching law slid- ing mode control. Therefore, an improved integral sliding mode control strategy based on seven - segment interpolation space vector pulse width modulation was introduced, to solve the problems of differential sliding mode's noise amplification and variable exponential sliding mode's zero gain, suppress the chattering of sliding mode, and improve the accuracy of the control system. The mathematical model of linear motor servo control system was analyzed and built up. The results of simulation research on the performance of permanent magnet linear motor show that the control strategy is correct and effective, which provides the theoretical basis for the construction and test of next experiment.
