摘要
超净通风系统(UVC),通常被称为层流系统(LAF),在手术室感染的预防和控制中起到重要作用;层流系统主要在关节置换或矫形手术中使用,对于如矫形手术、器官移植手术等,高效的空气净化对于降低术后感染具有显著的效果;外科手术部位感染(SSI)是手术室医院感染控制的主要内容之一,而手术室空气质量是影响手术切口感染的主要因素之一;国外已展开层流通风系统的长期追踪调查,重视整体环境对手术室内空气的影响;国内较为注重层流系统中空气质量与菌尘浓度等研究,范围较国外略窄。本文对近几年的手术室层流系统国内外应用现状及相关问题进行梳理和分析,从手术室层流系统的工作原理、手术室层流效果的评估手段、国内外手术室层流技术规范等不同视角进行综述,国内外研究进行同步对比,为研究者提供相关研究新视角,促进层流手术室感染学科的发展和进步。
The use of Ultra clean Ventilation System (UVC),commonly known as Laminar Flow System (LAF),plays an important role in the prevention and control of infection in the operation rooms.Laminar Flow System is mainly used in artificial materials such as joint replacement or orthopedic surgery,and its efficient air purification for reducing postoperative infection has a significant effect on orthopedic surgery,organ transplantation and so on.Surgical Site Infection (SSI) is one of the main contents of nosocomial infection control in operation rooms,and the air quality in operation rooms is one of the main factors that affect the infection of operative incision.Long term follow-up investigation of the laminar flow system has been carried out aboard,and the influence of the overall environment in operation rooms has been emphasized,while in China,the air quality and the concentration of bacteria has attracted more attention.The range is slightly narrower than abroad.This article focused on studying and analyzing the application status of Laminar Ventilation System in operation rooms in recent years worldwide,from the different perspectives of the working principles,the assessment methods and technical specifications,in order to provide a new perspective for the study of related researches,and to promote the development of discipline as well as Laminar Flow System in operation room infection progress.
